The “peat” of coconut coir, the peat looks like finely ground coconut or peat moss. It’s so small and absorbent that if you were to use coco peat as your only growing medium, you might drown out the roots of your plants. It must be aged properly to be used as a growing media, as it can let out salts that will kill your plant if you’re not careful. Coco peat is an increasingly popular type of hydroponic growing medium and for good reason.
Weighing from 4.0 to 6.0 Kg, a single Coco Peat 5 Kg block when hydrated with approximately 20 litres of water will slowly reconstitute to yield of 50 - 60 litres.
Coco coir husk chips, an organic and natural mulch are made from coconut shells (husk) making them a highly sustainable alternative to other mulch options. The durable coconut fiber husk-chips can withstand inclement weather and break down at a more measured and even rate than other bark chips. High-quality coco coir chips absorb water and retain it, slowly releasing over time. Husks cut into chunks, the coco husk chips allow for better aeration and water flow to plants and are ideal for soil-less plants like orchids and as landscaping mulch. The coco coir pellets contain absolutely no peat. They are made from coconut fibers, which are a by-product of harvesting coconuts. They are ideal for starting seedlings and can be used to replace traditional pellets. Coco coir pellets are very easy to handle and do not produce any mess.
The loose coco coir soil is good for plant root growing. You can use them on seed starting and transplanting seedlings as growing media. You can widely apply our coco soil on micro greens, house plants, herbs, vegetables, wheat grass, etc.
